Established in early 2015, Queensbury Consulting (QCL) is a specialist professional services company providing comprehensive strategic support to entrepreneurs in the UK and overseas.

At QCL we understand there are many areas to navigate when you are setting up and/or running your own business.  Our aim is simple – to give you the correct framework and advice you need so that you can run your business successfully.

We aim to understand your business ensuring that any advice or assistance we give is always tailored to your specific requirements and not delivered in a vacuum.   However you decide to use our services, we make it our business to ensure your business operates to its full potential.

QCL offers you quality advice, competitive pricing and as much or as little input as you need, when and where you need it

Richard Naylor

Richard is an experienced Finance and Operations Director and for the last 20 years he has worked both in the UK and spent several years working overseas, responsible for offices in several different jurisdictions. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) by trade but specialises in all aspects of Operations; business growth and turnaround.

 

Lisa Morris

Lisa is a customer focused award winning Marketing Director with over 20 years integrated communications experience gained across a range of leading brands and market sectors.

She is a results oriented marketing professional driven by the satisfaction of building strategic campaigns to effect consumer behaviour and drive sustained growth across a range of highly competitive markets. Her experience includes, but is not limited to the development of marketing plans, brands, product portfolio strategies, and websites.

Lisa enjoys the opportunity to share the best practice learnt in blue chip companies with start-ups and SMEs and is passionate about developing products and services that exceed customer expectations and deliver growth.

Having started her career in pharmaceutical sales she is also an experienced sales manager and understands the importance of close working between sales and marketing teams to develop products and services to exceed customer expectations and deliver commercial advantage

Marcia Mardner

Marcia Mardner is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years experience of developing fledgling HR departments into robust, commercially focussed functions.

Having been a business owner, Marcia understands the necessity of having the right infrastructure to underpin a successful business.  A trained and experienced recruiter, Marcia’s knowledge and skills spans from on-boarding to out-boarding, and includes but is not limited to, policies and procedures, restructuring, performance management and employee relations.

 

 

 

Patrick Shone

Patrick is a Software Engineer with 15 years experience of leading teams delivering software and infrastructure projects. Specialising in the areas of Content Management, Data Science and the Semantic Web, Patrick has worked with a wide range organisations from startups through to FTSE 100 businesses.
