Richard Naylor, FCMA GCMA is a chartered management accountant, by trade, with over 26 years’ experience running businesses in both the UK and overseas. Richard has held Chief Executive, Chief Operating and Finance Director positions before establishing Queensbury in 2015. In Queensbury, Richard focussing on bringing entrepreneurs and businesses together, as well as helping grow new and existing commercial opportunities, through mentoring start-ups, entrepreneurs and business executives. Richard works mainly with overseas investors and high net-worth individuals who are looking to establish themselves in the UK or other jurisdictions. Within Queensbury Richard focuses on Strategy, Investors, Global mobility & Immigration, Business mentoring and commercial management.
Sarah is an experienced programme and project manager, with over 15 years in the consultancy industry.
As a Director in Arcadis, a major global corporate organisation, Sarah had the opportunity to work across a number of sectors from Retail and Residential to Manufacturing and Technology.
Sarah spent many years working at a senior level with significant national and international clients, delivering major projects, multi-projects programmes, programme management and controls, whilst developing a special interest in large complex programme management office delivery.
Working with global and major national organisations such as Nokia, General Electric, Vodafone, Specsavers, BT, EE, Equinix and Amazon, together with significant experience of the not-for-profit sector and government bodies including Croydon Council, Sarah’s past experience includes:
- leading the manufacturing and technology sector developing the 3-year strategy for growth in the UK
- £30m refurbishment of Fortnum and Mason’s 300 year old building in Piccadilly
- leading the team delivering a multi million pound project for 1,000 new homes
- major rebrand programme for a global household name
- delivery of asset management platforms for global telecommunications businesses
- built strategic relationships and established teams in a number of international jursidictions delivering data centres for leading tech’ companies
Head of Immigration
An experienced Senior Immigration lawyer, Pavandeep Bassi specialises in handling complex immigration matters for individuals and corporations and has joined the QCL team as Head of Immigration. Pavandeep joins with nine years’ experience working for major leading law Immigration firms, specialising on the points-based system, investors, entrepreneurs and the work-sponsored Tier 2 scheme.
Catherine is a qualified ACCA accountant with over twenty years experience in the production of monthly management and statutory financial accounts for Plc’s, Limited companies, partnerships and sole traders .
Having worked for a major UK brand, Catherine has extensive experience in audits, corporation tax, personal tax, payroll and VAT compliance, together with preparation, advising and checking of budgets and forecasts and the implementation of processes and controls.
Precious is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 16 years industry experience having worked with leading consultants and a wide range of client types across key sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Corporate Real Estate.
Precious has held senior positions with the likes of Sweet Group (Currie& Brown), Arcadis and Lendlease, to name a few. In these management roles, Precious has been the accountable person, providing advise to exec level clients on the following services:

Set and surpassed target re-procurement savings, based on benchmarking, by adopting a change in approach with incumbents, ultimately generating actual savings of 12% higher than planned.
